An Indiana Main Street Group
The Heart of Sullivan is an Indiana Main Street Group formed as a 501(c)3, whose mission is to support and enhance downtown Sullivan for present and future generations by creating and promoting a vibrant, innovative core at the heart of our city.
Robert Keller
President
Robert is serving his first year as our president. Robert is employed by the City of Sullivan. During Robert's free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
Chris Levingston
Vice President
Chris is serving his first year as our vice president. He is the Street Superintendent for the City of Sullivan. He is also a member of Sullivan Planning Committee. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
Bailey Potts
Secretary
Bailey is serving her first year as our secretary. She is the president of the Fairbanks Community Center and a Sullivan County Rotarian. She is also a member of Sullivan Cares. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Victoria Levingston
Treasurer

Victoria is serving her first year as our Treasurer. She is employed at Amazon as a delivery driver. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and spending time with family.
Danielle Levingston
Director
Danielle has served as our Director for 2 years. She is employed as a Paralegal at Followell Law Office. She is also a member of Sullivan Redevelopment Commission and Park Board. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Chris Garrett
Economic Chair

Chris is serving his first year as our Economic Chair. Chris is a Sullivan native that helps run his family business, Jay's Auto World. He enjoys leading efforts to strength the community he calls home.
Cody McKinley
Design Chair
​
Cody is serving his first year as Design chair. He is the Park Superintendent for the City of Sullivan. He also serves the community as a Reserve Police Officer and as a Security Guard at Sullivan Hospital. He is a member of West Side Church. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, fishing, golfing, and outdoor recreation.
