An Indiana Main Street Group
The Heart of Sullivan is an Indiana Main Street Group formed as a 501(c)3, whose mission is to support and enhance downtown Sullivan for present and future generations by creating and promoting a vibrant, innovative core at the heart of our city.
Kristi Burkhart
President
Kristi has served as our president for over 3 years. She works as a Program Support Specialist at Chances and Services for Youth in Terre Haute. She is also a member of the Sullivan City Planning Commission. During Kristi's free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Ashley Bose
Secretary

Ashley is a Commercial Service Representative at Springer Insurance. She is affiliated with Prairieton Volunteer Firefighter Ladies Fire Auxiliary and Mission Group 7 at First Christian Church. Her and her son enjoy soccer, camping, traveling, cooking, church, etc.

Kerri Lamb
Promotions Chair

Kerri is a 2009 graduate of Sullivan High School and is currently pursuing a medical degree at Ivy Tech. After graduation, she plans to further her education in the medical field. In her spare time, Kerri enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Beth Pearison
Vice President
Beth has served as our president since the beginning of 2019. She is a Computed Tomography technologist at Union Hospital. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
Tony Burkhart
Treasurer
Tony has served as our Treasurer for over 3 years. He is the Utility Director for the City of Sullivan, When Tony isn't putting our city at the forefront of his life he loves spending time with his wife and their daughter.
Logan Pearison
Economic Chair
Logan works at SDI in Terre Haute processing steel. He is also a County Councilman for District 1 and a member of the Sullivan City Redevelopment Committee. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
Jen Petty
Secretary
Jen is a Chicago native and owner/operator of Petty Pit Stop downtown. Jen resides in Fairbanks with her husband and their two furbabies. During Jen's free time she enjoys goign on foodie road trips, concerts, playing trivia and sleeping.
Sarah Shepler
Design Chair

Sarah lives in Sullivan with her son and has served with us for over 3 years. She is the Department Chair for Business Administration and Supply Chain Management at Ivy Tech Community College. In addition to Heart of Sullivan, Sarah is a co-founder of Christmas with Santa, a member of the Sullivan City Planning Commission and a member of SCORE.
